In continuation a copy of the Board's Circular No.52/2005 Cus dated 9.12.2005 (issued from the file F.NO.442/12/2004-CUS-IV(Pt.II) received from Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, CBEC, New Delhi on the above subject is enclosed herewith for information of the Trade, Public and others concerned.
