  Sub: Constitution of Permanent Trade Facilitation Committtee - Reg.
   
 
1. General Public, Trade and all agencies associated with Import and Export are herby informed that it has been decided to constitute a Permanent Trade Facilitation Committee at Bangalore under the Chairmanship of Commissioner of Customs to hold regular monthly meetings with a view to solve all issue related to Import and Export clearances.
   
  2. Accordingly, it has been decided that following Government bodies / agencies and trade associations functioning at Bangalore would be members of this Committee for which purpose the heads of these organisations may nominate a representative.
   
 
  1. Mysore Sales International.
  2. Airport Authority of India.
  3. Customs House Agents Association.
  4. Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
  5. Karnataka Small Scale Industries' Association.
  6. Cochin Special Economic Zone.
  7. Central Silk Board.
  8. Container Corporation of India.
  9. Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
  10. State Pollution Control Board.
  11. Air India.
  12. Indian Airlines.
  13. Lufthansa.
  14. Singapore Airlines.
  15. Malaysian Airlines.
  16. Central Warehousing Corporation.
  17. Greater Mysore Chamber of Industry.
  18. Bangalore Steamer Agents' Association.
  19. Confederation of Indian Industries.
  20. Software Technology Parks of India.
  21. Hidustan Aeronautics Ltd.
  22. International Air Transporters' Association
  23. Joint Working Group of New Air Cargo Complex
  24. Reserve Bank of India
  25. National Association of Software & Service Companies.

  3. Any problems related to clearance (Imports / Exports) at ACC / ICD / Airport / PAD / Customs Division may be informed to the Commissioner throght he Additional Commissioner (Tech) at the earliest possible.
   
  4. The organisation referred in para 2 above may inform particulars of their nominated representative to the Additional Commissioner (Tech), at the earliest possible.
   
  5. The date of first meeting of the Committee would be informed upon receipt of the points vide para 3 above which may be sent within 10 days.
