Sub: Constitution of Permanent Trade
Facilitation Committtee - Reg. |

| |
1. General Public, Trade and all agencies associated
with Import and Export are herby informed that it has been decided
to constitute a Permanent Trade Facilitation Committee at Bangalore
under the Chairmanship of Commissioner of Customs to hold regular
monthly meetings with a view to solve all issue related to Import
and Export clearances.

2. Accordingly, it has been decided
that following Government bodies / agencies and trade associations
functioning at Bangalore would be members of this Committee for which
purpose the heads of these organisations may nominate a representative. |

3. Any problems related to clearance
(Imports / Exports) at ACC / ICD / Airport / PAD / Customs Division
may be informed to the Commissioner throght he Additional Commissioner
(Tech) at the earliest possible. |

4. The organisation referred in para
2 above may inform particulars of their nominated representative to
the Additional Commissioner (Tech), at the earliest possible. |

| |
5. The date of first meeting of the
Committee would be informed upon receipt of the points vide para 3
above which may be sent within 10 days. |
