Attention of the Importers/Exporters/Custom House Agents/General Public and other community partners is invited to the Public Notice No.153/2005 dated 29/11/2005 enclosing Board Circular No.42/2005 Cus dated 24/11/2005 regarding the above subject.

In this regard, the contents of the above Public Notice are hereby reiterated. Interested Importers are hereby requested to apply for the above Scheme in the prescribed proforma as indicated in above stated Public Notice dated 29/11/2005 so as to avail the benefit of the scheme.

The contents of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of all concerned.
