Kind attention of the Trade is invited to the Public Notice No.49/2009 dated 24.08.2009 issued earlier on the above subject. As a Trade facilitation measure, the following changes should be incorporated in the Public Notice issued earlier.

Para 3(h)(iii) – Consignments imported / exported by ACP clients should be read as “Consignments imported / exported by ACP clients, manufacturer importers and Status holders”.
